WHAT IS THE BLOCK MAKING MACHINE?

The block making machine is a system consisting of 6 to 33 machinery units (depending on the semi-automatic or fully automatic model). It is designed to create concrete products, also known as concrete bricks, cement core bricks, block bricks, interlock pavels. The raw materials used for brick production include by-products such as quarry dust, fly ash from thermal power plants, and cement. In Vietnam, this production line is also referred to as concrete brick molding line, concrete brick pressing line, non-fired brick press machine line, block making machine, blockth brick molding machine, concrete block molding machine, cement bock making machine.

PEGASUS TP88 – BLOCK MAKING MACHINE

The TP88 – Block Making Machine is a fully automated, state-of-the-art brick press system. The automatic PLC programmable control system achieves high productivity and energy savings. This machine can produce various types of bricks, such as construction bricks, paving bricks, seawall bricks, and grass planting bricks, by simply changing the mold.

The entire frame of the TP88 Block Making Machine is made of special 10mm thick box steel. The gear reduction motor is used for 360-degree rotation. The material turnover system on the shaping station uses 2 motors with 2 different speeds to facilitate material excavation with 2 active axes.

Four vibration shafts are driven into the gearbox by the sand column shaft. The TP88 Block Making Machine is designed with 2 vibration boxes for even distribution of vibration force, resulting in faster brick formation and suitability for various brick types and higher walls.

Variable frequency vibration motors (2 motors) are used to control the amplitude and frequency of the vibration box, adapting to different brick types. Airbags are used to suspend the vibration floor, eliminating shock vibration, reducing work noise, and extending machine life. The vibration floor is specially designed, thick, with wear-resistant plates to protect the pallet and mold during impact and facilitate easy replacement when worn.

1. Servo vibration system

The machine is equipped with the newly developed servovibration system, which has a dense and high-excited vibration force, thus ensuring production in an efficientway, especially for large products and high-quality products, which need to be produced by pre-vibration andtransitional vibration, can achieve a really nice effect.

Advantages of Servo Vibration:

(1) Servo vibration can ensure the two motors are in a synchronized state, which can guarantee the vertical output of compaction force. Also avoid the shear stress damage of the horizontal compaction force to the concrete block machine and prolong the block machine lifespan.

(2) The speed of the servo vibration motor can reach more than 4000 rpm, which can provide bigger compaction force & the block quality would be greatly improved.

(3) The starting time of servo motor is less, completed within 50ms, which can help to shorten each cycle time by 1.5-2s & improve the production capacity to a certain extent.

(4) Servo vibration can effectively reduce energy consumption by 15% & braking effect is better

Principle: Vibration force is generated by centrifugal force when two eccentric axes rotate. The rotary motion is provided by 2 electric motors (or hydraulic motors) through a synchronized mechanism to the eccentric axis. The synchronized mechanism eliminates horizontal forces entirely, leaving only vertical forces to impact the shaping mold.

 2. Automatic feeding system

The feeding system is suitable for the use of construction wasteand other special aggregates. what’s more, the discharging gate is controlled by sEw motor. The feedingframe, bottom plate & mixing blades are made of high-duty steel, which strengthen thesealing performance and prevent the material leakage toguarantee the long service life, feeding uniform for theimproved product quality.

 3.  Fully-automatic control
